Guest guest
Hello, Just wanted to share the link to my FAVORITE " health food " website. There is a cookbook associated with this organization and it is called, " Nourishing Traditions " by Sally Fallon (there is a link to this book on my website). Weston Price Foundation http://www.westonaprice.org/ The page of this website that is about Raw Milk is here: http://www.realmilk.com/ The specific page where you can find local sources of raw milk is: http://www.realmilk.com/where.html Different states have different " ways around " the laws against fresh, whole, REAL milk. In my state, as long as the milk is labeled, " For Animal Consumption Only " it can be sold in local farmer's markets and even in health food stores! (I buy mine at a local farmer's market where I also get my Grass Fed Beef). Some states have " Cow Share " programs where you pay the farmer a monthly fee to take care of " your " cow for you and a group of other people and in return, you get a certain amount of milk per month from " your " cow. Google Raw Milk for lots and lots and lots of good information about its health benefits (especially the cream!) You will also find lots of websites with negative information about the dangers of raw milk - namely listeria. If you are concerned about listeria, don't buy or drink raw milk OR check out this page and see if your fears are allayed: http://www.realmilk.com/rawmilkoverview.html Hope this is helpful!
