Guest guest
Okay, I' m pretty certain I get your explanation. If I, for instance, want to know how many vegen breakfast patties to have - ten grams of protein and three carbs, then I would measure out my little palm fist deal - fist in a cup, palm with some shredded meat and compare the grams....correct? When I put my fist next to a dry measuring cup it looks right on. What is the zig zag all about?? Also, the EAS guys told me that the *twenty* grams of carbs listed on an EAS low carb bar are NOT to be used as my carb count, only the three effective? What is that all about....if it's a carb, isn't it a carb??? Wouldn't that be like pouring Splenda on everything? I can eat a banana or some strawberries, they might be different kinds of carbs, but they are still just that. So, I can't quite figure this one out.
