to Get NHS Letterman Award 3rd Year in Row

Hi everyone,

Just got a letter from Mr. Beshore at Nevada (Mo.) High School and will

receive the NSH Letterman Award for the 3rd year in a row on March 22.

He is receiving the Award for Oustanding Academic Achievement, Outstanding

Athletic Achievement, and Outstanding Involvement in the Community.

Just last month he got the National Honor Society membership second year in a

row (the National Honor Society is a national organization of secondary

principals and schools across the USA which has strict criteria for membership;

they have a web site on the Internet and all members names are listed)

?

To top it off, tomorrow will be competing in a Special Olympic basketball

game about 100 miles from here and two weeks from now in the state games at St.

Louis.

What a kid.? And he graduates May 16.
