Hey ,I bet it was every bit as good or better than the recipe I posted. As long as it has the tart/salty (and a touch of sweet is a nice addition) it doesn't matter a whole lot what the other ingredients are! I just mentioned a lot of what I have on hand at my booth when I make it as a "special request" at a show.Actually, sometimes, less it better! I like to taste the individual veggies sometimes :-)And I so agree that using a recipe as a start and "winging it" is a great idea!THANKS for sharing!
