I've owned my vitamix for a few months now and am disappointed that I don't use it more often. Like Lea Ann, I've suffered from fatigue and have cut out all refined sugars and most processed foods from my diet. I've also completely cut out gluten. Feel much much better, but not quite there yet. Now, I'd like to get my energy up (even more) by making green smoothies using my vitamix. I'm also a Candida sufferer. I've read the book " Juicing For Life " by Cherie Calbom and Maureen Keane who recommend no more than one fruit a day (and the list of approved fruits is very limited) for Candida sufferers. The book is almost 20 years old. Any new info out there regarding Candida and fruit? I was anticipating using more than one fruit a day in my green smoothies. Any thoughts?
