new to BFL

Hello,

I'm only on day two, but I have a few questions that I can't seem to

find answers for in the book or on the web. Any help is appreciated.

1. Any tips for vegetarians?

2. I am incredibly sore from yesterday's upper body lifting. When

will this pass?

3. I have no idea what weights I should be using. For the upper

body, I used 8, 10, 12 and 15 lb. weights. I don't know if this will

be too light for the lower body. I'm in reasonably good shape cardio

wise, but have not lifted weights in almost a year.
