I know what you mean. With me having to get in 7-8 meals a day and taking at

least 20-30 minutes to eat, it seems like that's all I do is eat. :) What you

might want to try doing is making sure your portion sizes are appropriate, and

if they are and you're still having problems with feeling full, try a 1/2 or 3/4

size portion. Also try not drinking during your meals or right before, but

saving your fluids for after you eat.

>only eat 6 times a day every 2 hours or so and not after 6:00 with carbs.

I'm not your typical BFL'er. :) I had gastric bypass surgery a couple of years

ago, which means that I can only eat very small portions, about a cup of food

total at a time. The surgery also means that I have a malabsorption issue in

that my body doesn't absorb all of the nutrients that I consume. This means

that I have to eat even more often in order to get the proper nutrition. :)

Never heard anything about the don't eat after 6:00 with carbs. <shrug>

In the beginning I felt like I was constantly eating because there was so much food (I measure exact portions of carbs, veggies and proteins). So what I've had to do is convert some of my portions to more condensed versions (5 grams of carrots vs. 5 grams of broccoli) and so it seems like I'm not eating quite as much but am just as satisfied and ready to eat again in three hours. I've even gotten to like raw rutabaga for my veggie snack....

:)

When I use eggbeaters. I use 3 servings which is 3/4 cup. Try to

keep your protein palm size and your carb to a fist size or keep each

one at about 20 - 25 gms each. And yes when you plump it up with

veggies it is a lot of food. That's the wonderful thing about BFL

You get to eat.

Did she drink the ozonated water? If so, how much and what effect

did it have on her? Do you guys still drink it daily? If so, how

much and what effect does it now have on you. Thanks, Gail

The advice I follow and pass on to others is to drink

one part KT to 5 parts water. Try not to drown

yourself :o)

I am waiting for my Vitamix to arrive FedEX. In the mean while, I have been

trying to educate myself a little bit about greens. I have read that I must

rotate greens to avoid akaloids building up in my system.

I'm not clear on how often that rotation needs to be... or between how many

differing greens. I read 's post this morning, saying that too much can

cause kidney stones. Can anyone speak more on any of this?

Thanks,

Newbie Dawn
