Guest guest Posted February 1, 2003 Report Share Posted February 1, 2003 Free Day, Free Day, tomorrow is Free Day! I'm telling you what, I'm so happy Bill promotes a Free Day! It makes the diet that much easier to do. I admit this diet gives me loads of energy, I'm never hungry, and I never had that stuffed feeling either. BUT!!! I've already planned what I'm going to have for Free Day! We're going to a restaurant where I'm going to have an appetizer of mushroom caps filled with blue cheese and crab, covered in some other gooey cheese, cooked in garlic and white wine. THEN I'm going to have a filet mignon smothered in butter! What a reward for a great week of staying on the diet, and working out! I hope it's okay for me to post such food as this, but I've been planning it all week . Hope everyone has a great Saturday and a fabulous Free Day! Prayers go out to the Shuttle Columbia families. I Can't wait!!! I still have the swiss chocolate in the fridge, I'll have some of it too. Got to have some tea with sugar. 12 more hours till free day.
