Hi Eunice.

I think that is very wise.  I used to suffer from insomnia and would go days

just pumped.  As I have aged, I realized that something had to give and what

was giving was my health!  I wholeheartedly agree that often we need to knock

off earlier than usual and get that extra hour or two.  I am a fan of power

naps, also!  LOL  Very good point.  Kiersten

The best thing for me when I get sleep deprived and worn down is to just

force myself to STOP! And I really mean stop and go to bed early, crash

into bed leaving everything as is, like a couple of hours earlier than

normal if possible. This is the only thing that really gets me back into

the right frame of mind and gives me the energy the next day to deal with

all the problems and work that are inevitably always piling up. And believe

me I am the world’s worst for struggling on through major exhaustion, but

when I do finally convince myself that I have to do this, I manage to get so

much more done the next day than I normally would. You sound like a

supermom and I admire that but even supermoms are human so my advice is to

just let go once in a while, both physically and mentally. You deserve it.
