The best thing for me when I get sleep deprived and worn down is to just

force myself to STOP! And I really mean stop and go to bed early, crash

into bed leaving everything as is, like a couple of hours earlier than

normal if possible. This is the only thing that really gets me back into

the right frame of mind and gives me the energy the next day to deal with

all the problems and work that are inevitably always piling up. And believe

me I am the world’s worst for struggling on through major exhaustion, but

when I do finally convince myself that I have to do this, I manage to get so

much more done the next day than I normally would. You sound like a

supermom and I admire that but even supermoms are human so my advice is to

just let go once in a while, both physically and mentally. You deserve it.

Wishing you all the best.

Oggetto: How do you re-charge?

{sigh} I suspect we've all been here - sleep-deprived, worn down, and with a

long list of to-do's not to mention the should-do's. I really need to get

into high gear on the to-do's plus the should-do's are weighing especially

heavy on my mind. It's time to work on school stuff for next year - possibly

requesting a transfer to another school being the biggest issue. I've all

ready put it off thinking I just needed a break. So it's time to decide if

we're going to do it and start the paperwork. I just don't have the energy -

can't seem to make a decision or take any steps to get it done.

How do you get energized to do all the things that need to be done? What I'd

really like to do is book a flight to Maui!
