Please cheak todays menue and let me know if i need to improve

anything! Thanks in advance.

#1) Ham Breakfast Casserole ..cal. 198, fat. 1, carbs.22, Protien 23

#2) Orange Julius Shake... Cal.224, Fat 1, 27 carbs, 27 pro.

#3) 1/2 WW pita w/portioned chicken chunks, lettuce, tomatoe, onion,

mustard

#4) Steak, white potatoe, salad w/ 1 TBL. just 2 good dressing

#5) Chicken Salad, bananna grahm dessert ( ca. 114, 22 g. carbs, 5 g.

pro., 1g. fat

6) Same as #3

1 gallon water! 20 Min. on bike
