Guest guest
Hey everyone, Yesterday was my first day and I feel that I did everything right. It went really well!! I ate so healthy, and didn't have a single unhealthy food. It felt great to eat so healthy. And I did my upper body workout. It didn't feel like I was lifting enough at the time, but today my muscles are sore. So I guess I did lift enough! haha. Anyways, I'm gonna do my cardio today, probably the advanced taebo. I love this board, it offers so much encouragement and support!! Dawn

Guest guest
Ahh.. that sixth meal - it's hard to cram it down sometimes isn't it! It is important to have it though, because during the night your muscles will be doing their repair work, and will need the fuel. Also because you may be doing cardio on an empty stomach tomorrow, what you eat at night may keep you from being dizzy. Bars are an expensive way to go though, most people keep those for when they're going out and aren't sure they'll be able to get to a better food source. Like when I'm at the hairdressers for hours and hours, I usually eat one in the chair. I know it sounds gross, but cottage cheese is a good choice for the last meal of the day, maybe try some on crackers. > Today was my first day! I kind of messed up on the eating, because a lot of stuff happened, and I had to go out of town so my stepdad could give me a weightbench. But then I got it, and I did my first good workout on it. I can tell I'm going to be sore tomorrow. I ate the right things, but I am going to be pushing it to eat my sixth meal. Is it ok to eat a meal right before you go to bed? Is it best to eat that meal, or to skip it? Also, would half a myoplex bar be enough to count as a meal? > >
