Guest guest
I don't color my lotion bars. People like the natural look, and that way I don't have to worry about anything that is used to color them staining people's clothes or skin. Guest guest
Ok, Debra, let me see if I have this straight. (I'm a little slow at times). I would be melting my beeswax in my double-boiler, adding my oils to melt and mix with this before pouring in their molds. Now, should I heat the oils down in something else first, add my alkanet, then when the oils are colored, add to the beeswax and stir? What do ya think? I will have to try this stuff. I'd buy a pinch from ya...... Regina " Better slip with foot than tongue "

Guest guest
You could infuse herbs in the oils to change the color, calendula, orangy yellow, Saint 's Wort RED, Plaintain ans Comfrey would make Green, Rose Hips brighter orange, all of these herbs are also great for the skin and an advantageous selling point.
