Just wondering if anyone else has tried the ready to drink lite. I

ordered a case from EAS (with my 10$ discount) and I am really

impressed with the taste- I got the chocolate. I am so sick of that

blender!!

I haven't tried them yet. But was so excited to hear they finally

made them. I emailed EAS last year telling them they should! I am

glad to hear they taste good. I will be getting some soon. Yeah,. I

am sick of the blender also.

I went to the store today and finally bought the book...and already

read the whole thing!! I couldn't put it down. I'm so excited to

start. But with the shakes...I couldn't find the myoplex or myoplex

lite shakes at the store so I bought advant-edge. They were made by

eas so I figured they'd work the same. Has anyone tried these?? I got

the low carb ones. They have 2g of carbs and 15g of protein, and 4g

of fat. I hope these work just the same. I haven't tried them yet so

I hope I like them. Can you buy the myoplex in stores or only

online??

I have a question...I asked this before but maybe nobody knows. I

looked at walmart for the myoplex shakes and they only had the advant-

edge ones. So, I got those. I got the chocolate carb control shakes.

Can you only buy the myoplex lite shakes online or do they sell them

in the stores?? I also got the weights...now I have 15lb., 10lb.,

5lb., and 2.5 lb. I hope these work! I'm starting sunday probably. Is

anyone else starting this week? Well, good luck to everyone thats

already on a roll!!! =)

I get mine at vitaglo.com. I've never seen myo lite in stores, but I think I

read that someone bought some at walmart. Maybe those were the pre-mixed ready

to drink type.

You can buy Myoplex at most supplement and health food stores (GNC, Vitamin

World, etc.) It's much cheaper online though. The AdvantEdge line is fine as

long as you stay with the low carb ones. Those you can find at most drugstore

and grocery stores.

They sell them at GNC or other supplement/health food stores,

although I wouldn't recommend that, I would buy them online as that

is where I've found the best prices!

Dawn,

You should get the journal, especially if you are

unfamiliar with weight training and such, but as far

as keeping track of progress, I recommend putting

together a personal binder. You can get better sheets

off the net for keeping track of food and workouts,

the old BFL stat sheets. I put mine in a three ring,

pretty, binder. I pasted photos on the inside covers

and use large stationary to write myself little

sayings to motivate myself. At the end of each day I

transfer my data into the journal to keep it nice and

tidy. Remember the quote, if you fail to plan you are

planning to fail. I try to always have my day planned

out, even before this. It doesn't mean I have to

follow it perfectly all the time, it does mean it

gives me an outline and something to fall back on if

I'm in a pinch.

Are you sure that's not the EAS AdvantEdge RTD? Our Wal-Mart doesn't

carry the more expensive EAS products. No Myoplex at all.

Ah...Super Walmarts in Texas are a breed of their own (as is

everything else in TX)! :) I used to live in TX and we had a Super

Walmart near us where you could get just about anything you were

looking for. They need stores like that in FL!
