I have the hardest time getting up in the a.m. I have postedpictures

all over the place in my bedroom set the alarm clock across the room.

Still it takes me forever to get up. Anyone have suggestions for

getting up. I get my cardio workouts in the a.m. But sometimes I have

to get my weight day in the p.m. I would rather do it in the a.m.
