Guest guest
, I was never able to make that inhibit loose enough to keep it from going off too often and spoiling the trip into the A/T crossover. How I use it is this: I connect it and set the threshold to Manual. Then, as the client starts training, I shove the threshold bar WAY up high. As the session continues, the brain's activation tends to settle into a pattern, and I can see where the range of variablility is for the 2-5 Hz activity. I set the threshold above that by a little. I've only had it go off twice with clients, but both times (using this technique) it was when there was true spiking theta/delta activity. Try it and see if it works for you. Pete The low filter in AT on BE -- Pete Threshold 2, which is connected to Bandpass filter 1 (2-5 hz) is not connected to any output available to the patient, like a midi voice. Is that an oversight or is it just there to alert the therapist that the patient is copping Zzzzz's?
