Guest guest
Hi all, I thought someone might have some insight into my friend's experience of random vibrations at different body areas. She describes a feeling of a vibration that passes through her body, duration of about 2 seconds. One occurred in her thoracic area, but mostly it occurs at the base of her skull and goes through to her forehead. Any ideas? Cyd
Guest guest
Hi All, I haven't seen of response to Cyd's question regarding vibrations and hope that there will be some input. I have client who has experienced vibrating sensations for over a year. I recently did a T3/T4 training (theta and hi beta inhibits only) which brought out tingling and now -- a week later, seems to have increased the sensation of the vibrating in her hips and back, and the tingling in her arms, legs and hands has continued -- a week later after 1 session! Any suggestions regarding the vibrating would be very welcome. Thanks, > Hi all, > > I thought someone might have some insight into my friend's experience > of random vibrations at different body areas. Guest guest
and Cyd, I'm afraid I'm at a loss with this one. I've had clients who had spasms sometimes from T3/T4 (always said that they were pleasant), but never this vibrating you are describing. I think of T3/T4 as releasing locked up energy (often in the chakra system), and I've had many clients describe tingling or buzzing in various energy centers, much like what I have felt after a great (rare) T'ai Chi session. Those would be the only correlates I can come up with. My question would be whether this felt good or bad to the client. As I mentioned, several of mine who have had spasms told me in no uncertain terms NOT to stop the session when I expressed concern and later told me that they felt like old energy was bursting free, which they found pleasurable. Guest guest
Pete, In the case of my client, the vibrating has been bothering her for over a year and I was wondering if anyone might have any idea what it was and how, and if, NFB could help. Because the tingling has lasted for a week == which surprises me -- she is somewhat concerned, and is very concerned about the vibrating. Any idea what might cause the vibrating? And doesn't it seem unusual for the tingling to last an entire week after only one session? She does not like the feeling -- just wants to fee normal! I think she has to try the NFB for a while but at the same time am concerned about her discomfort following the results. Any suggestions? >
