I am starting week 4 on BFL and am having a really hard time losing this time around. So far, 1 " off hips, waist, etc. and only 4 lbs. Usually by this time (I have done this before when I was " younger " ) I would have been much further along. Anyway...they talk about doing this conditioning phase where you consume tons of calories...healthy, of course, (2400) to get your metabolism really rocking and then you start the calorie reduction.
