Does anyone know anything about this web site? Physique Transformations.com?

I am starting week 4 on BFL and am having a really hard time losing this time

around. So far, 1 " off hips, waist, etc. and only 4 lbs. Usually by this time

(I have done this before when I was " younger " ) I would have been much further

along.

Anyway...they talk about doing this conditioning phase where you consume tons

of calories...healthy, of course, (2400) to get your metabolism really

rocking and then you start the calorie reduction. Just wondering if anyone

has any knowledge of it. I have decided to stick with BFL. It has to kick in

sometime!!!
