Guest guest Posted August 10, 2006 Report Share Posted August 10, 2006 Occasionally, when I receive an order from my website, my customers will include a note about how much they like my soap. I see that alot of people include Feedback like that on their websites. What do you think proper etiquette would be on something like that? Do I need to email every person and ask their permission to use their statements or can I just put them up there? I thought about maybe including just their first name and the state that they're from (ex. Barbara ~ Connecticut) or something like that. What do you guys think?
