I will relate some very good news I received from the Mental Disability

Rights International...

please see the email below and forward to as many familes possible as i hope

this good news spreads to other countries who mistreta those living with

Down syndrome.......

here is email below about the Mental Disability Rights

International.........

As some or most of you may know, the living conditions for people born with

Down syndrome in Serbia are " horrible " and " deplorable " to say the least...

I received a call form the Mental Disability Rights International and they

told me they are in touch with the Government officials in Serbia and are

sending a copy of " Mr. Blue Sky " to

the Goverment of Serbia in efforts to change perceptions and improve their

living conditions for people living with Down syndrome.

Apparantly, in Siberia, as I'm told, they place children born with Down

syndrome in Institutions under horrible living conditions and life

expectatncy is under 10 years old.

Hopefully, Mr. Blue Sky will be a positive tool of education to erase the

intolerance and ignorance that goes on in Siberia as the Mental Disability

Rights International is looking to improve the lives of these children and

bring about HOPE and acceptance.

How in the world did I not know that Chaney had passed away..what in the

world happened? My heart breaks...
