Blew the weekend

I thought I could do it but then I blew it anyway! Started Friday

night...a friend came over so we had some wine....I felt guilty for

the wine so did not eat dinner (:(....Next came Sat. my free day so

no problem....okay so here comes super bowl sunday (I don't watch

football so this is a bad excuse)...I ate snacks and drank rum and

diet cokes......

Last Friday I was so happy to see that I have lost another pound (6

lbs since the start of BFL) and so what do I do??!! OKAY...today I am

back on track (at least mentally, the day is young)...I have my

workout planned and also my meals...I just hope I havn't done any BIG

damage with my three day freedays....any advice on what I might be

able to do to undo this?

One other thing...at what point have most of you been able to

actually " see " the progress? I " feel " the backs of my legs getting

tighter, I " feel " my arms getting stronger but yet I do not see any

vast difference. And when do we see some of that little " belly "

start to go down???
