Guest guest
My favorite front loader is on my little tractor. It is about to get a lot of use because I've huge piles of dirt behind the house to grade into a back yard. My other two front loaders are washer and dryer .. Kenmore .. basic unit. I have bought two sets of these. They are just basic washer and dryer. The first was in a tight space and I stacked the dryer over the washer. The second was when we moved next door and left my son in the first house. We liked them enough to just buy the same thing and put them side by side. Ten years on one and two on the second with no trouble whatsoever. They aren't the huge ones everyone displays, but they do their job. Jan has no trouble running her laundry through them .. but she doesn't have trouble with the coin-op ones at her apartment either. They do a good job washing and spin dry better than a top loader. We were told by the Sears people not to wait for a sale because they almost never go on sale .. the ones that go on sale are the fancy cycle ones marked up enough that they can put them on sale. I do remember one time when we had a top loader and Jan really filled it up. It wouldn't spin because it was so out of balance. She put the clothes into the dryer soaking wet and they were so heavy that they blew the motor fuse. No trouble, really and she learned. Rick .. dad to 36 year old Jan who wanted me to run her home to her place today so she could do laundry there .. she will have to face that tomorrow after work.
