After checking the things suggested, did you add clay or anything else, like said, a fragrance or alot of a scent that might have overwhelmed this batch compared to the others that were successful. We'll get to the bottom of this. Failed batches are a bigggg bummer. I adjusted the recipe on my luxury bar I made for the member swap on an online calculator, then got heavy with the clays and sure enough I got a failed batch.
