Seriously, I graduated in 1970 - she did in 1971. She attended my school for two years due to the generosity of an " unknown donor " who paid her way. It's been several years since I've read his book - so I could be wrong. Also - Bob (we're on a first name basis here) has his " boot camp " which is intense daily cardio - broken up into two 30 minute sessions....and I BELIEVE weights daily (although I disagree with that - as you should never work the same muscle group 2 days in a row......and maybe I'm remembering this wrong) OK - let me have it! cynthy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I just hope she sticks to it this time round. I wondered if Oprah ever considered following Body for life. Since you went to school with her, why don't you go ask her. She could be your body for life buddy! I wonder what Bob Greene thinks about Bill . I think his ideas are different aren't they? Isn't he more of a three square meals a day person? I read make the connection a couple years ago.
