Guest guest
I set mine up through Tripod http://www.tripod.lycos.com/ . Their PageBuilder thing was really easy and fun to use. I get a lot of mail but I've never had problems. The BFL community in general is really supportive of personal sites. I would suggest putting e-mail links on every page so that people can write to you. Perhaps use a separate account from your regular e-mail. I would think twice about a guestbook or message board. They're fun, but you have to watch them constantly or they tend to fill up with porn spam and get-rich-quick schemes. Um, um, um.. that's all I can think of. Have fun! personal websites I'm thinking about doing a personal website about BFL, my " journey " , etc. But I need help. I've never done anything like that before. I was going to use the geocities from . I was wondering of those of you who have done something like this before could help me. And maybe give me your websites for inspiration . Also, do you have a lot of problems from nasty people (you know what I mean )? Thanks for any help, Virginia C1D13

Guest guest
Um, well, I haven't really been blogging my BFL progress in my personal blog--I've been posting daily updates on an the Body For Life Women MSN group boards, but I do have a proto-blog where I was posting the most appalling emails I received from idiot males via Match.com and my critiques of said emails, an Army humor site and my online illustration gallery. I've been too slammed at work to update very much, though, so be warned! Blog: http://maggiewang.com Art Portfolio: http://magyss.com Army humor page: http://armygrrl.com (If anyone wants to read the password-protected Match.com Hall of Shame entries in my blog, let me know and I'll send you the password.) It covers a wide range of subjects though.I'm not too good about keeping up with the blog because if nothing happens worth writing about I don't just write " I got up...... Guest guest
Hurray for all the new blogs! I've decided to actually post my daily accountability on my poor, neglected personal blog page for this challenge as well, and to post my photos at each 4 week step, though I can't imagine why anyone besides me would care about what I plan to eat for the day. I'm in the middle of a PITA server change for my art gallery site, so I might be posting new art on the blog/photo gallery instead of my regular professional portfolio for a bit as well. http://maggiewang.com (blog--idle thoughts, daily meal plans and workouts, tales of my triumphs on the karaoke stages of Orlando, etc.) http://maggiewang.com/photos (photo gallery) Stacey, great job on your personal challenge! I saw your BFL Tracker profile a while back and was really impressed. How do you like the Leanness Lifestyle tools and program? Are you customizing your program at all? I'm trying out EFL on eDiets to get some customized menus and such, but still doing my own BFL exercise program. Maggie
