The Zellers Friends of the Family Walk for Cystic Fibrosis 2002

Livia and I will be taking part in The 15K walk for Cystic Fibrosis

and we would love it if you were to either support us or take part

yourself in helping raise money for funding research to find a cure

for CF.

Cycstic Fibrosis (CF) is an inherited disorder affecting primarily

the lungs and the digestive system, which takes the life out of more

Canadian kids and young adults than any other genetic disorder.

Currently, there is no cure for CF, But, the possibility of a cure

or an effective control is whatgives its young victims the courage

to continue their figh against this terrible disease.

In 1960, a child born with CF was not expected to live past the age

of four. Today, due to advances in research, they are living into

their thirties and even beyond. For almost every year of community

support, people with CF have earned an extra year of life, And with

your help, we will be one step closer to finding a cure.

Please join the Zellers Friends of the Family Walk for Cystic

Fibrosis onSunday May 26th, 2002. The money raised from pledges will

be donated directly to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to

help fund research and treatment to beat CF once and for all!
