Guest guest Posted January 14, 2003 Report Share Posted January 14, 2003 Morning all! Woke my daughter up for school this morning and she said Mom you like like you've lost some weight. I of course said no, not yet. (i wasn't going to check out the scale 'till the end of my second week)....down 5lbs! WOW!! The week wasn't too hard, thanks to all of you who post and provide great info about recipes and where to find them....that's helped me out a whole lot. How do i figure out the ratio of proteins and carbs when it's not a posted recipe and i am trying to make my own...ie: adding protein powder and splenda, etc...is there a simple way to do this when you are new to this???
