RE: trouble with DPC , That is exactly what is happening to mine. That darn hourglass and " not responding " . It's the IE problem my son diagnosed. I have Windows XP what do you have? My daughter did the back up because she brought me the CD's but it was a matter of point and click and I could have done this with a little prompt. Otherwise you would need to create some floppy's. I can't fool around with a big roll of shrinkwrap - I'd rather spend a little more and get the bags. I have different sizes that I bought a long time ago. It's worth it in the time that you save. So far I've found the best place for all shrinkwrap at Packco Inc. And they have free shipping on orders over $25.00 shrink wrap , I usually buy the bags also. I have two sizes. I also bought a roll of shrink wrap from Nashville Wraps to do small baskets. That is a little harder to work with. I think the smell through wrap is much narrower than what I have. What I really like are the bags for baskets. I did get some a while back with a gusset and of course that person went out of business. Have not been able to find that size again.
