The muscles get puffy and so we gain water and in some cases look puffed up....keep with it!>>> Good grief, I hope that's the case! I'm finishing my second week and my legs look bigger, particularly my thighs, and my clothes all feel tighter in the legs. However, I'm not planning on doing any weighing or measuring until at least week 4 because last time I essentially quit after two weeks because I wasn't seeing instant results. I look at it this way, I can spend 12 weeks doing BFL and even if I were to have NO success, I'd still be in better shape and feel healthier than if I spent 12 weeks with my hand surgically attached to a bag of Cheetohs. Guest guest
-lynne: Three inches is amazing. The scale isn't at all a measure of progress in BFL, but eventually it will go down. At eight weeks in my first challenge I had dropped 2 - 3 jeans sizes and it wasn't till right near the end that I was getting happy with my problem areas. Hang in there, your eating looks great. Don't tweak or you might be doing something counter-productive. Just tell yourself that no matter what, you are going to do what you are doing for 12 weeks... it will work and you will be amazed. Besides, 3 inches is fantastic! You GO girl! Marti -- In , lorandsean@a... wrote: > Your doing it right!!! Lynn Lingerfelter said most women will gain weight the > first few weeks.
