Guest guest
We just finished 8-1/2 months of DOC Band therapy at the Dallas clinic. We are extremely pleased with the GREAT staff there, from the front desk to insurance to the therapists. They all did wonderful jobs explaining the situation, helping get insurance approvals, coordinating visits, caring about our daughter, caring about our fears/concerns and made 3 castings go very smoothly. They are guardian angels for our kids!! Good luck, its a long road but WELL WORTH IT!!
Guest guest
Thanks, just wnated to know what you guys felt about the clinic and staff. Just in general, nothing specific. Like I said, we got a great first impression. Guess I'm just a little nervous, in anticpation of getting it. I'm really worried he'll take it off repeatedly. (he's 18 mo old) He won't keep a bike helmet on, we've been trying to get him used to having something on his head. I'm sure, eventually he'll keep it on. At CT, they told us the older kids revolt at first, then become very attached to them. Hope so! > We just finished 8-1/2 months of DOC Band therapy at the Dallas > clinic. > > We are extremely pleased with the GREAT staff there, from the front > desk to insurance to the therapists. Guest guest
We go to CT in Dallas. As a matter of fact, we are going today. We love it. I love them! I'm sure he'll get use to the band. And if he revolts, he revolts. I think you might be surprised. It just might take him a little longer to get use to. You might try putting a hat on him everyday as you wait for your band. That way he gets use to having something on his head. So when he actually has to start wearing it, it's not something totally unfamiliar. I think it probably will weigh less than the bike helmet too. So that might help! Let us know how things go!
