I give up ... Will write Gutkin for update summary and snail mail it

Dr Grim,

This has gone on for too long. I will write a letter to Dr Gutkin with copy

it to my doctors and my genetics specialist. Or do the opposite: write my

doctor and copy Gutkin. I feel the lawyer or my doctors should do this. I do not

speak well with my labile BP spikes. Plus I only get minutes to talk at the

doctors office.

I have been very intimidated over what Gutkin wrote about me for 23 months

ago now. It is too bad I have no one has help me. They have only fax. No email.

But I can write a regular letter. I will see the one doctor that works with me

tomorrow at 4 PM. They need to put their heads together about me. Gutkin lab

work, his ICD9 dx code seen on my bill, and the letter he wrote which I only

got copy of in 12-2005. it was in the back of my medical record. Gutkin wrote

the letter 8-3-2005. My doctors ignored it for 4 months. If I had not seen it

when I went in for medicine refills I would not know about it.

Note: The current doctor put me on Spiro in 2006 January-September for my

hirsutism!!!! Not for BP. Or so she said or wrote.

Finally, I wonder is it legal for my doctor to stuff things in your medical

records like that? Not to mention what the local hospital did giving me no

discharge. Which meant Gutkin got nothing. Caro.
