Thankyou Dr. Grim and fellows.

I don't know how I did it, but I was able to work well with my

doctor this evening. (I think it had 99% to do with you.)

I gave him your article: He wanted to know how I found you.

Apparently, he knows who you are. At first he was just going to

test my electrolytes and k, but after I handed him the article, he

said " I guess you had a few more tests in mind. " I just grinned and

shook my head yes.

I am so pleased! I also told him that you would be willing to talk

to him if he wanted to. Then, he said that no, he could hold his

own.

My blood pressure this evening (6:15 pm) was 157/103. I told him I

had upped the altace for the headaches and that it worked for the

headaches: the fact that my pressure was high did concern him. I am

going to keep a daily diary now of bp readings.

tests ordered:

8 am after 2 hours of ambulation cmp, cbc, lipid profile, tsh, u/a

24 hour urine potassium

plasma renin activity

plasma aldosterone concentration
