I have tried that years ago...like 20 years ago...Back then it was

just drinking shakes and I think one meal a day. I know I lost

weight on it, but it is not a realistic plan. I totally believe

you have to make a life style change you can live with...eating

normal foods. If your using it as a protein supplement for like 2

mini meals it's probably ok - I don't remember the protein content

on the Cambridge shakes. I use the Myoplex lite and feel the best

after drinking that. Compare the nutrition on the Cambridge and

Myoplex. I wouldn't suggest trying to live off of a liquid diet.

It would get old real fast and it isn't something you can live with

long term like you can choosing better food choices.
