Guest guest
Ladies, I was so proud of myself this weekend. I haven't taken a free day for two weeks, because I have a hard time controlling my eating once I start. This weekend I went out on Saturday and was planning on taking a free day. I had sushi (an excellent choice), but, also, unfortunately, drank too much alcohol. I haven't had any alcohol for months (not even New Year's Eve). I'm not a big drinker at all, so this was unusual for me. I was out on a date, and I had some saki and several strawberry daiquiris (yes, sugar central!). Needless to say, I felt terrible on Sunday, hung-over, bloated and starving. But I resisted the urge to punish or starve myself. I ate BFL as usual and got through the day. This is a HUGE deal for me. I tend to turn free days into free weekends or free weeks. I usually feel a lot of guilt about eating certain things and allow that guilt to set off a binge. I really hope the alcohol and sugar didn't do too much damage!! Dani
Guest guest
Wow, Dani--that's great. I know what you mean about the control thing. Last week I found myself giving in Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, just THINKING about a " free day " Good job!

Is this the same guy you went out with a couple months ago? Details please! I'm sure the sugar effect will be gone in a day or two. Park Staying in Control!!
