Guest guest
Congratulations! Glad to hear that things will be getting better for you. OT - Dh has a JOB! Yay! Finally, after 6 months of unemployment dh is going back to work on 3/20. LOL, thankfully someone was kind enough to hire him! With him out of work for so long, funds are tight, but I'm hoping to stash some tax refund away to come up for the gathering! Guest guest
> What type of job will he have? Thanks nne! To be honest, he was soooo excited that he was offered a position, he doesn't even know his official title! The guys he interviewed with played a little trick on him, acting like they weren't going to hire him. At the last minute one of them says, " I'm sorry to have to tell you this , after we dragged you in for a second interview, but, well, you've got the job. " LOL! He's going to fit in quite nicely! To start he's going to be a code enforcement officer, writing tickets when people have junk cars on their property, etc. There's alot that this office wants to do, that they don't have the experience or knowledge to do, and does. Soooo, eventually he'll have other responsibilities. Hehehe, I'm just happy he can finally say he's got a job! Guest guest
Colleen You don't need to respond to my email below. For some reason it took over an hour to show up and you've answered my question already. It sounds like he's going to like his job and that means a lot. You hate to see somebody take a job they're going to hate just because they need the money, ya know? OT - Dh has a JOB! Yay! Finally, after 6 months of unemployment dh is going back to work on 3/20. Guest guest
> Is the job in the same line of work he was in before? Nope, this is a new one for him. Hehehe, just another skill he can add to his list of " Jack of All Trades. " He had been in the environmental field for the last 6 years or so.
