Guest guest Posted December 27, 2002 Report Share Posted December 27, 2002 Maggie, During the last 2 weeks, I have alternated between lower calorie and higer calorie days. About 1600 on low days and 1900 on high days. The thing is that after a low day, I wake up at night feeling really hungry! Like stomach cramps hungry. I usually just drink some water and get back in bed. When I wake up I have to really fight myself not to eat before my workout and can hardly wait to get home and eat. Just to refresh your memory - I'm 5'9, 155lbs and about 23% bf. What should I do? Just ignore it or should I eat someting at 2 or 3 am? Should I eat before my workout.
