If I am right, then you could probably get them to teach you or check your method. The girl that does it here is really nice. Then again, I could be really off. We have a HAWC and my husband said that they can do your BFM on certain days. I just haven't had the time to go down there and when I go to the gym I go to an annex that has more weights so I don't even go to the HAWC. But the last time I had it measured like last year they used the hand grip measurer. I'm in the process of getting my son into the Italian preschool so I'll have more time to do that kind of stuff so I'll let you know.
