Guest guest Posted January 9, 2003 Report Share Posted January 9, 2003 Unrelated to BFL, but has anyone else tried Serafem for PMS? My Dr put me on it because I had some of the symptoms. I can live with most, but I couldn't sleep. I kind of felt weird when I first took them...maybe because I hadn't eaten yet. But just feel kind of mellow. But I did notice I had to increase all of my weights today and I wasn't as hungry. Just curious about this stuff...I have never heard about it before.
