Did you read this? The guy is a scientist noting there is little if

any study on this, yet wild claims for it as a tonic. Almost none, but

not quite. . .I found his citations on the work upon green tea even

more interesting.

DASH should do it all and is inexpensive and is tested and shown to work.

I'm not thrilled about how little is known about its use - especially

in industrial socieities.

Once again we need good trials to document what it does and does not do. Are its effects as good as, better than or worse than doing nothing?
