Guest guest
Did you read this? The guy is a scientist noting there is little if any study on this, yet wild claims for it as a tonic. Almost none, but not quite. . .I found his citations on the work upon green tea even more interesting. I found the green tea thing intriguing as well. I have lots of green tea in my cupboard too. I haven't signed up for Goji yet. Someone has given me some to try. I'm not to thrilled about the cost. DASH should do it all and is inexpensive and is tested and shown to work. May your pressure be low! Clarence E. Dave Once again we need good trials to document what it does and does not do. Are its effects as good as, better than or worse than doing nothing? May your pressure be low! Clarence E.
