796.2 Elevated BP w/o hypertension ... is this rediculous or what

I am seeing the most unusual codes in my medical records. This codes was on the two X-rays I had in ER last July. They did my chest and abdomen looking for ??.

The ER refused to look at my medical history or Gutkin's fax.

I am surprised how the codes say I had elevated BP without hypertension!
