**MONICA** All I can think about is food!

Today was my first day. I didn't do too badly, but I have to admit

I cheated, even on the first day.

I exercised/upper body, didn't eat all my meals because I woke up at

11a.m., Off my diet, I had one hershey kiss, and a bag of healthy

choice pop corn and some peanuts. I'm just glad I didn't have

a " few " kisses and something else instead of popcorn. and...

Does this happen to any of you? The more I think about what I'm

supposed to and not supposed to eat the more hungry I make myself,

and the more I become obsessed with food.

The plus, is that I drank about 7 1/2 glasses of water! So, I'm

hoping it will get easier. I'm going to try to get at 5am.
