Has anyone else noticed the number of messages more than double from December

to January? I guess we are getting ready to see some exciting things happen.

I have been reading but not posting this month because I don't have my act

together. I started twice but not really. I guess I knew it wasn't a real

start when I started. I wasn't in the zone. I am getting it together as we

speak.

I don't know what the deal is with December. We didn't go to any parties.

No one gave us any cakes or cookies. And, I did a minimum of cooking sweats.

Christmas meal was just a regular meal with turkey. So, I haven't really

been tempted.

I admit that I have been lazy. I have been stressed and not sleeping well.

The really bad thing is that if I would just do it, I would sleep better and

feel better. How bad is it to be that dumb? ;-/

Time is sliding by so quickly. I was thinking this morning that I should

start on Sunday. It wasn't until this afternoon that I realized it was

Sunday. One way or another, I will be starting next Sunday. I like to have

Saturdays and Fridays (not in the same week) as my freedays. We usually eat

out on my free days. And, Sunday is a lay around the house never get dressed

type of day. Well, except for that workout part of the day. ;-)

Hello to all of the newbies. As Nike says, Just do it! You are going to be

so amazed in 12 weeks.
