CCB long term side effects

Dr. Grim,

I have found these long term side effects listed with long term use of

a calcium channel blocker. I am currently on Spiro + Lacidipine(ccb)

as my long term regimen.

The symptoms which I have are: heartburn, numbness/tingling in hands

and feet, occasional dizziness, transient headaches,

constipation/upset stomach.

Should I continue with my CCB? Spiro has been nice to me by

controlling my bp, otherwise gynecomastodynia is a bearable compromise.
