Hi Thersa,

I will accept your challenge. I am new to this group and have not taken the

time to introduce myself, have just been trying to keep up with all the email

it generates. The two things I like about my body are:

1. I have found I have alot of muscle even though I have fat.

2. my lower body is quite strong.

I will introduce myself to all of you as soon as i get time. I am starting

the challenge

on 1/6.

I fully and completely accept your challenge!! I plan on starting officially on

Monday, but have decided to eat properly and excercising a bit since Friday. I

am working my way up to this.

Two things that I like about my body:

1. I have a small upper body

2. I have long legs

I tell ya finding the second thing was hard. I had no trouble saying the first

one, but really, two things is hard.

I think what you have planned on doing with this challenge and your bonus is so

noble. Thank you for the boost and the goal for the first day, which of course

will be the hardest.

---Count me in!!!! This is a great idea that you have come up with.

The two things that i like about myself are 1.My long curly hair (no

perm) and 2.my nail. I still take my prenatel vits. after 2 years of

I'm in. I start in the morning.

1. I am naturally muscular and strong. So, my body reacts well to

weights.

2. Somewhere under all of this, I have a nice shape. Right now it

is a nice round shape, but I remember a time when it was more like an

hour glass.

Here's another Kim that would like to be included in your challenge.

As for the two positive things about myself:

1. I am tall and have slender legs and hips.

2. I having slender muscles underneath that are waiting to be

revealed.
