Guest guest
I did the Monroe community hospital in Henreitta. Over 100 vendors. Surprisingly not as many jewlery people as one would think wit that many vendors. i go to smaller shows and HALF are jewlery. lol > > What show did you do and how about and Shaye? We don't get our checks until later, so I won't know for sure, but I know it wasn't anything exciting. Oh well, life goes on. One more show to go. Guest guest
Oh i SO know what you mean. I have one more to go then i have to do the same. get things priced and drop them off to the co-ops.In one way it is good because i keep snagging stuf from there for my shows but i do wish I could do these hows all year round. My mom says she is going to miss them as well. She enjoys meeting new people and talking to the other vendors. but i also have cleaning to do. baby shower gifts to make(brother is having a baby)Christmas things to make a shop for. new items to work on for spring. The list goes on. Oh and I need to get back to having a dating/social life at some point. This sat. is the first time in months that I get to go out. > > Well now that my shows are done I need to get my remaining stuf in the > stores so today, after shopping for thanksgiving, I need to get everything > priced. Guest guest
Im sorry Beth. Where is your next show? Do you still do any florals or incorporate the two? Shaye
Guest guest
There are zinc core wicks out there that are considered " lead free " because the amount of lead in them is so very, very tiny. But there is still lead in them. I won't use them; but I like paper core wicks better anyway. I haven't done a show since July - took the rest of the year off, and I'm glad I did. Between getting adjusted to my thyroid medication, my grandpa being diagnosed with colorectal cancer and having surgery for that (he comes home tomorrow!!) and then my back went out the day he had surgery....so all I'm doing is my open house on the 4th of December and that's it. I'm already thinking about 2006. Guest guest
Handsanitizer......... I'm not sure how to change it to avoid those categories!! Guest guest
{I'm not Gabby,} Shaye Im confused, the post you replied to was Jeanie asking me something; did you for get a word? lol Cool I'm glad you got great reviews!!! I was more than happy to share that with you all, my privelage. {might even be a good facial moisturizer for people like me who have oily skin, that is getting older (darnit) and breaks out from typical facial moisturizers.} Im sure you can make a moisturizer out of Sanitizer recipe; but I think I might use Witch Hazel instead of Alcohol. Alcohol may dry your skin out too much?! Even the Flax in the recipe has bennifits too. Guest guest
Well Jeanine was asking you a question and I butted in. Sorry. Well even with the alchohol I dont find that hand sanitzer to be drying at all, even on the face, at least for my type of skin. I dint use the Flax in the stuf I made. Im not sure if it was exactly your recipe or if I had changed it a little. Cuz I remember mine came out thicker. I cant remember now with out looking back on my notes. Isnt that terrible I cant remember? Anyway it was just a thought.
