Sometimes I hate to post my results since I sabataged myself and gained

back 30 pounds BUT I went from an 18/20 to a 9/10 in one challenge...

Last year.. and like a fool I didn't enter. Idin't think my transformation was

good enough. Well I have learned from that mistake and I will enter no

matter what...

Those were great results Dawn. How much scale weight and fat

percentage did you lose to drop those many dress sizes, and how many

calories did you eat per day?

Wow! Your results were incredible! And I bet you hear all the time

that you have beautiful hair : )

I also had great results last year and slacked off as well and

gained weight. However I am BACK and oh so determined!!! I also

will be entering officially and finishing. Good luck to you and

Hey I just saw your photos and you looked great, I also recognized

your face from the new BBB challenge. Did you complete that

competition? I think the results are coming out this week.

melissa I was thinking the same thing, Dawn has a gorgeous face and a

beautiful full head of hair. I could see DAwn as a figure or fitness

model for sure.

I remember you well Dawnn. Even though I didn't post much back then,

I was doing my first challenge the same time as you and went from a

16/18 to a 12 and lost 35 pounds. I didn't enter either, but I plan

to this time because I think I can actually get that " winner's

look " . I definitely had the attitude then, and I feel that way now

too.
