So many people have told me about Pam Brown and the Lean and Strong

website. Pam says she will attend your next function or get together

if you email her and ask. This is her message from leanandstrong,

" Here's the plan so far...

Jan/Feb/March 2003 I'm swamped with stuff.

April 5th I'll be in Raleigh, NC doing a presentation with Rae.

April 12th or somewhere thereabouts, I'll be doing a speech in the

Chicago area.

June 14th we'll be holding our own Natural Bodybuilding show here in

Colorado Springs.

October 18th I'll be competing in the Superbowl of Natural

Bodybuilding Championships in Los Angeles.

November 1st I'll be competing in the Natural Olympia in New Zealand.

(Pray for sponsorship!!)

So it looks like May or July are the best months for me to book

another presentation. E-mail me if you think you could help set

something up. I would LOVE to share in Minnesota!! "
