Guest guest Posted January 5, 2003 Report Share Posted January 5, 2003 I tried starting the diet before and I encountered one problem. To me it's a major one. I would like to wake up before work to exercise but my house is soooo quiet at 5:00 a.m that I can't manage to get out of bed. I feel like I've tried EVERYTHING from asking my husband to wake me up to sleeping in my gym clothes! When I have woken up on time, having that morning wake up makes me feel wonderful. My problem is, is that I can't seem to do it consistently. And, you know...those minutes are valualbe in the morning. If I'm 10 minutes late...I feel like I won't get my whole work out in and it's a waste to go at all...so hence I skip and hate myself later.
