I'm on week three--LOVE my workouts, using the mindset exercises in the journal, but CAN'T get with the program in the diet--and I'm frustrated with myself. I think I've managed maybe a total of THREE days where I sticked perfectly to the diet. Did any of you start out this way and get better as you went along?
